Societies tend to view athletes of all levels in a certain positive light, and people view a sports injury as some kind of passage of rite. Unfortunately, if you are injured while playing sports, you understand that this is not a good thing. You wish it never happened for obvious reasons. Though this is obvious advice, stay away from getting angry or feeling sorry for what has happened to you. If you have to fight to avoid such feelings, then you do what you need to do. The reason is that a positive state of mind is going to be beneficial in regard to getting healed. It all comes down to doing what your physician has told you to do and enjoying yourself while you rest. Time will pass, and you will be back in action sooner than you think.
