1. Make your opinion known
Everyone likes blogs because they like to know the opinions of real people. You may not truly believe it, but there are thousands of people using the internet searching for the information that you deliver in your blog.Give your readers what they are looking for – your opinions.

2. Link everywhere you can
The purpose of the links is to add more value to your post with additional information

3. Focus on one thing
You want to develop a writing style that is efficient in its use of word and language. The writing should be easy to understand and relatively quick to read.

4. 250 is enough
Shorter postings are more memorable than long ones, so keep it short.

5. Write great headlines
Contain your whole argument in your headline. Check out National newspapers to see how they do it.

6. Tell your readers what you really think
Lists make a blog much more readable and inviting

7. Posts should be written with scanning in mind
Short titles used periodically throughout the article help with organization

8. Be consistent with your style
People like to know what to expect, once you have settled on a style for your audience stick to it.

9. Fill the blog post with keywords you indentified
Think about what keywords people would use to search for your post and include them in the body text and headers. make sure the keyword placement is natural and does not seem out of place.

10. Edit your post
You should always re-read what you’ve written, make changes, and re-read again before posting
