What are your favorite gym songs? Do you consider yourself more of a gym dweller, or a gym warrior?
The answer this question will probably determine what type of gym songs are loaded into your ipod/mp3 player.

Or maybe you don’t have a list of gym songs that you listen to when exercising. If not, then you are missing out.

However, most of these “gym songs” are not technically “gym songs.” They are regular recreational listening songs, that just happen to have certain qualities that motivate some people while exercising in the gym.

Do you wear the same clothes to work as you wear to a night at the movies? Of course not! So I’d say you should consider the idea of treating your gym songs playlist as something different and separate from music you listen to for recreational enjoyment.
